Sketchers India - Shoes got torn off in one werk

I am a regular customer of yours and have baught many products and used them satisfactorly...My billing details can be checked from my number ********** or **********..
Last to last Sunday I purchased * pair of shoes from your outlet situated in Zirakhpur but to my surprise one of the pair which I had bought for my son got torn off in * to * days.I went to your outlet last Sunday to register a complaint .They took the photograph of the shoes and assured me that the complaint is registered ..On asking for any complaint no. they told that I will get a call but till now no call has been received..
Just let me know the fate of my complaint
