I received Delhivery courier sms in the morning **-**-** regarding parcel delivery of Order # ****** dt **-**-****, AWB#*************, it was a cod delivery for RS. ****. Courier boy called me at ****AM, I told him to come to my place, I also asked him will he accept card payment he said no, I told him I have to draw from SBI ATM ***mts from my house, he told me he will come to ATM, I started scooter went to ATM he didn't come there, I withdraw money returned home, he is not traceable, called him why he didn't come to ATM he said he had another call, then I told him then he should have stayed at my building gate, no reply, he came collected money, gave parcel threatened me he will take back parcel. I told him his salary is paid by company that includes transport to destination. His argument is why he has to spend money on petrol. Why company sends such rouge boyes for delivery. Very bad service.
