International Education and Research Journal - Shiprocket Wallet money not transferred to my bank account

I recently created an account on Shiprocket and made a payment into my wallet. However, I am not comfortable using this portal anymore. Despite raising multiple tickets requesting a refund of my wallet balance, Shiprocket has not responded, and my created tickets are not visible in their support area. I have followed all the steps outlined on their portal to get the refund transferred to my bank account, but it has been a frustrating and futile experience. This is unacceptable and truly disappointing. I would never recommend Shiprocket to anyone. In my opinion, they operate like a fraudulent and deceptive company.
