Zamku filed complaint against Ecom on Feb 2, 2023
Actually on date ** January ****. Ecom * shipment are delivered to me. But Actually not delivered. So I raised ticket against on PROOF OF DELIVERY. support team giving different status first say that shipment is under transit In and later say due to back date not possible to give proof of delivery. So kindly solve problem.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
