Expressbees - Shipment weight 20 kg worth rs untraceable by Expressbess

dear sir
We booked a cargo shipment of wt arnd ** kg with the gst invoice of ***** through expressbess courier
awb -**************, copy of awb attached
the booking was done on **th may **** from ahmedabad to ranchi through shiprocket and ** hrs after pick up shipment easy untraceable and showing shortage.
it is strange even shiprocket people are not responding along with expressbess which has no direct numbers to reach
please help me get my money recovered
the courier company people are not resepondign their local guy branch do not pick my call .
please help me out
