Bewerly.com - Shipment not received

I had placed an order for Ladies gown on **.**.** to Bewerly.com. But till now (**.**.**) I have not received my shipment. Tried to contact customer care no mentioned on the website but it was switched off. Again I tried to send mail on mentioned id on the website, but user name was showing wrong. I, therefore, request you that please help me to get a refund of my order.
