Aramex Couriers - SHIPMENT NOT DELIVERED

From **th Nov to *th dec aramex only fool me firstly i paid **** for * kgs but aramex said volumetric weight is *.* then u have to pay **** more i paid this also then my shipment  departed for saudi arabia on ** nov ****  on **th nov status showed delivery scheduled  sms sent to consignee  on same day status updated waiting for duty and tax payment from consignee  in spite of many mails and customer support no one ready to tell  me duty amount  after * days on **th nov status updated airport clearance  sms sent to consignee on same day on **th nov status updated that consignee contacted for set delivery and on **th nov status updated shipment held for custom clearance in spite of my  around **-** mails and around *-** calls aramex showed status on * dec that shipment returned to shipper.i shared all documents that is needed by aramex i shared byan copy and y my consignee paid duty also of SAR *.**. aramex trying to fool customer in india i put my all efforts and on on saudi arabia my consignee put all efforts now aramex said that shippment is returned how this can be done.Now please help me as i paid my freight charges of rs-**** plus duty paid- SAR-*.** and also loss of my sample that value rs ****
