Shypmax - Shipment not delivered nontraceable

I have booked a shipment of wooden chess set on **.**.**** against an international order on Ebay platform. The Shipment ID is SHPMX***********. The shipment was picked up on **.**.**** and the last available tracking update is as of **.**.**** (Customs hold at destination). Afte a long followup with the shypmax team, they confirmed that product can't be delivered and will be returned to origin address as per email dated **.**.****.T ill date, I am following up with the Shypmax customer support and there is no appropriate reply. The product is billed for UDS **.** and the selling costs involved for Ebay platform USD **.**. Total loss of USD **.** in monetary term apart from reputational loss for a new brand entering in international market. The shipping cost is adjusted and credited by he Shypmax in ewallet allready.
