science of ayurveda - shipment lost by shiprocket courier compney and they are denaid to refund

hello sir /madam . I have a shipment whose awb no. ************ This is it. This shipment was pickup on **rd June. After **rd june any update of this shipment came nhi this shipment neither reached to clint nor came back to us, for this I kept calling and mailing shiprocket company but i didn't get any solution, on **th june He raised the ticket. Whose ticket id is *******. From **th, I used to call them everyday and ask what is the status, but they all say that soon a good solution will be given to you. Then on *th July this shipment suddenly gets rto delivered mark. If I asked for this, then it is said that your shipment has been delivered rto on **rd June. I have all proof that this shipment has not arrived with me. The shipprocekt company is frouding with me. I want my shipment back and the value of my shipment back.
