Eurospan Book store - Shipment 1400001047 for Order 1400000989 not delivered

I had ordered a particular book and a set of questionnaires from a particular online bookstore named Eurospan Bookstore (UK) on **.**.****. However it has been * months but I have not received my delivery. Moreover I am unable to access my account I created on that particular site any further, I found out today. As from the records my order was expected to be dispatched on **.**.**** and was supposed to reached by * weeks time. As per the latest update I had received * weeks back, that my order is in transit. I requested the customer service to refund my money but thereafter no communication has been made from them.
