Shinehunts.com - Shinehunt fraud

I received a call from one of the associate named Raghav from Shinehunt.com, who offered assistance from the Shine team for a reputed job post paying the registration fee of Rs.****. Post registration a relationship manager will enhance my profile chances to get shortlisted for the job vacancies. The relationship manager search for the relevant and matching job vacancies using my profile details. He also informed me that if I am not satisfied with the service than I can cancel and the entire amount will be refunded.I paid the registration fee of Rs. ****/ post which I got a call from Imran Khan the relation manager assigned for me. After the discussion he asked me to come online and pay addition sum of Rs**** for a desired job. I informed him that the registration cost was the only fee that was to be charged as informed by Raghav. I called him and asked to cancel my registration. He tried to convince me that nothing will be charged, however I did not agree and asked him to refund the amount. He asked me to send an email at info@shinehunts.com. which I did immediately however till date I have not received any refund nor a reply from their end. Now if I am trying to get in touch at the same number no one answers the call.
