Shine.com - Shine.com money refund

Shine.com called me for a Job and asked to make a payment of Rs **** (INR). post clicking on pay. they said the transaction did not happen and sent me another link for payment but the amount was RS ***** (INR).
Post that they said a payment would be made within ** days but after that nothing happened.
On calling them they said to make a request through Google pay on making a refund request they said it would be in * parts and on clicking the link it debited my account with Rs ***** INR. Post that they said now the amount will be sent via a DD after ** days and asking for more money.
