Debabrata Atta filed complaint against Shine.com on May 19, 2025
I got a call this morning from Shine and asked to register for paid Service (**** Rs). Post this a relationship manager was appointed (Vicky Goyal)
and received call from him to take my application further. I was told to take few more services wherein I was okay to pay up to **K. But during the
discussion, Vicky was kept on sending the link one after the other and I was forced to make payments for many other services. When I denied to do so,
I was told it is MUST and without payment they will not be able to help and take my application forward. Totally I have lost, *,**,*** Rs. and when I asked for a refund, they are saying it cannot be done. I have attached the payment snippet and request your help on this matter to get my hard earned money back. Please help.
