Vikas meena filed complaint against Airtrl extreme fiber broadband on Oct 11, 2021
I have raised the complaint related to my broadband shifting on * Oct and its ** Oct today .all I asked is to shift my connection from one block to next block till now I have called the customer care more then ** times all I get is our technician will call you shortly and it will be shifted today all these nonsense. And when it comes to new fiber installation they are so eager to install it within same day. I'm exhausted in calling the customer they are pathetic ready with the excuses. All I want is either shift my connection or terminate my connection so I can install other operator broadband.
