Vigneshwara Pre Engineering Buildings And Systems - Shed construction delayed

R Srinivas, proprietor of Vigneshwara Pre-engineering buildings and systems, located at Chengicherla. We had paid Rs, ****** as per the agreement and also supposed to pay **% pay payment during the material dumping. We had paid Rs ******/- on his request saying he would dump materials in two days.

Total: *,**,***/- and *,**,***/- paid to R Srinivas on *th Feb and ** March. Till now no material is received on site and no work has started and he is not responding to calls. After continuous calls, his response is not at all acceptable. Because of his delay we are not able to start the summer camp on time which occurs *,**,***/- a loss to me. I request you to take the appropriate action against him.
