I am a **-year-old senior citizen from Akola, Maharashtra.
On **-** Oct ****, I gave two phones (OnePlus Nord CE * Lite & OnePlus **R) for repair at OnePlus Authorised Service Center, Tilak Road, Akola.
Violations committed:
*. No job sheet issued at the time of receiving phones
*. Took ₹*,*** online + ₹**,*** cash but no invoice/receipt given on delivery
*. After ** days, sent manipulated invoices from third-party WhatsApp number
*. Wrong mobile number printed on invoices
*. Cash payment of ₹**,*** not reflected (GST violation)
*. No QC report, no parts authenticity proof
*. On recorded conference call (**/**/****), service center admitted “Quality checking still pending”
*. Forced me (senior citizen) to climb * floors repeatedly
*. Instructed me to lie to OnePlus Care that “bill mil gaya hai”
**. No written reply to my * emails (**/**, **/**, **/**/****)
I have all call recordings, payment proofs, WhatsApp chats and invoices.
Request: Full refund ₹**,*** + compensation for harassment + correct documents.
Already planning to file in Akola District Consumer Court if not resolved in * days.
