I am Kshitiz Thakur, a resident of District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh. This is the absolute and final aggressive escalation against Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel for total network infrastructure breakdown and frequency failure.
Jio's On-Site Technical Admission: Jio's technical ground team previously conducted a physical Site Survey in our area and explicitly admitted that the severe network degradation is a major infrastructure fault from the company's side. Definite voice and call recordings of this official admission are fully preserved and archived as primary evidence to be produced in court. Jio cannot deny its own team's ground report.
Airtel's Manipulative 'No Recharge' Excuse Exposed: Airtel has officially closed consumer tickets via email under the fraudulent pretense that 'the user's recharge has expired'. This is a blatant cover-up. Since BOTH networks are dead, it is a localized tower/frequency infrastructure failure, completely independent of individual recharge status. I heavily penalize Airtel for this data manipulation.

Official TRAI MySpeed App Proof: The complete network blackout and constant call drops have been technically logged and verified through the Government of India's official TRAI MySpeed App. This regulatory data stands as indisputable technical proof of a severe breach of Service Quality standards.
Final Warning for Consumer Court: We demand an immediate, joint rectification from both Jio and Airtel engineering heads based on Jio's own site survey findings. If corrective deployment does not begin tomorrow, this absolute file (including TRAI logs, government portal receipts, and the site-survey call recordings) will be moved to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for heavy financial and mental harassment damages.
