Motorola India - severe device failure and motherboard damage following official software update

I am writing to log a formal complaint regarding a severe, progressive hardware failure induced entirely by an official software update pushed to my device in March ****.
My model, Motorola Edge ** fusion was working perfectly without any hardware defects, physical damage, or water exposure. In March ****, I installed the latest official OTA (Over-The-Air) software update provided by the company.
Immediately following this update, the phone began exhibiting signs of severe thermal stress, including persistent overheating under normal usage conditions and intermittent screen flickering.
The intense heat cycles caused by the unoptimized March update progressively degraded the micro-solder joints and Integrated Circuits (ICs) on the motherboard.
This software-induced "solder fatigue" has now culminated in a complete system failure.The screen recently began flickering violently, the system crashed, and the phone is now stuck in a reboot loop.
Upon taking the device to the official authorized service center, the technicians informed me that the motherboard is completely deaddigosing it as an IC failureand demanded a sum of
