Exide Batteries - Severe Blast in the Battery installed at my home

Two Exide brand batteries were installed at my home with an invertor. The dealer personally inspected the site and installed the batteries. Batteries were purchased in August **** and are within the warranty period. On **.**.****, suddenly there was a severe blast in one battery and a blowing thunder. The battery was blown into pieces and pieces were spilled over in the house. The acid in the battery came out and spilled over in the home. It was in the night. In the morning, I immediately called at the toll-free number of Company and its customer care department. A mail with all the details and photos was sent to the Company immediately and I followed up regularly. I have informed the local dealer also immediately. Despite regular reminders, no one came for site inspection, neither mails were replied. It was a severe blast and there may be some casualty even, still, Company has not responded. I have purchased these batteries in Rs. **,***/- which turned into pieces. In addition to this, there may be severe damage or casualty. For ** days I am suffering from mental torture, but the Company is not responding.
