Mpocket jalalchemicals - Settlement show on loan repayment but corona pandemic compensate not provided as per promise from mp

I have taken loan from mpocket study loan of **** but due to corona pandemic I lost my job & unable to pay on time.
Then I talk to mpocket for corona relaxation on loan for corona time.They told me that ok you pay later and we give you compensate.when corona period is over then I pay my money *ith **** Rs interest but in my cibil score the settlement shows and loan payment is showing active but i already paid on Jan ****.

Bank will not give me higher study loan due to this error from mpocket.This is very painful for me as due to mpocket app spoil my future.I mailed ** times a day to mpocket but no response and when they reply then told me that no help will be given from my side.
Kindly share my issue with mpocket and do the needful it's very important.

I have written loss of **** but there is no talk of money , the important is settlement days showing ,there must be relaxation as per govt. rules.Also showing active status must be closed as it's affecting my cibil.
