My merchants ID is *******.
PayU has kept my Rs ***** on hold with the excuse of proof of delivery. I am a home tutor and can't provide a bill for the same.
PayU money is a fraud company, they don't pick up call nor do they reply to e-mails.
They are neither settling the amount in my bank account nor are they processing a refund to my customer. They simple steal the money in between customer and merchant.
They are super fast in taking the money, but when it comes to settlement or refund, they just disappeared.
Bloody thieves. Please take an action. They are modern thieves. I want my money back.
