Educomp Solutions Limited - Settlement not done by previous employer

This is to bring in notice to the ful and final settlement employee no.*********

It has been * years that i have left the organisation. I have visited educomp * time for fnf settlement, the first time i got to know that the hr team has misplaced the no dues form dully filled by me which i submitted again at that time, the second time i visited i was given a commitment that i will receive the full n final calculation mail within a day which was not fulfilled, the third time i visited the office i got an answer that due to diwali celebration the mail was not sent, on **th nov i got an mail from the hr team regarding calculations for which i have given my acceptance on the same day.

I keep calling hr team no revert on call and even no revert on mails please go trough the trail mail.

Finally i visited educomp *th time, quite obvious the hr team was not ready to meet, a lady from the hr team came out asked for few deatils of mine after which she said Mr. Tushar is on leave and he handles everything and nobody else has an idea of this. I was quite amazed to hear that educomp such a big company has only one hr on duty. After arguing about it i got an answer that educomp is not in a financial condition to give fnf on time, this is what an hr is conveying to a visitor amazed again.
