CHINA GRILL PUNE - Serving expired beverages in resturant

Last evening i visited this resturant and orderd for heineiken pint bottle. Instead of the pint, they served me with a large one. Later when i was going through the bottle i notized that the beer has already been expired since more than * months. The beer was manufactured on **/**/** and had its expiration date after * months of its expiry. I immediately called the manager for this issue but instead for any apologies that shameless manager was insiting to take *-* more bottles for a compensation.
I have a request to the authority incharge for checking the stock of this resturant and take immediate actions against them. They may have such more expired stuffs in their kitchens and bar which they are serving to their other customers. I have also attached the evidence for this complain. Thank you
