VCare health and Skin Clinic - services

I purchased a treatment package from VCare by paying an amount of ₹**,***. At the time of purchase, I was clearly promised * laser sessions and * IV sessions. However, after making the full payment, only * laser session has been provided so far.

I am not satisfied with the service and results. The services delivered do not match the promises made at the time of sale. I feel that I have been misled and this amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
I requested the company for a refund as I do not wish to continue the treatment, but my request has not been properly addressed.

I request a refund of the remaining amount along with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Even after the reports are not normal they wanted me to take risky session and which is impacting my mental stress alot.
