Nivedita RO Systems - Services were not provided or Denied to Provide

I bought Water Purifier from Nivedita RO Systems on **th Jun ****. The water store got fungus during first week of April ****. I called Nagaraju (Ph: **********) on *th Apr **** and asked him to come and check for that issue. He asked for the location and asked me to share it to the Whats app number (Ph:**********). I have shared the location on *th Apr **** at *:** PM IST immediately after the call. Nagaraju said the engineer will visit the given location next day. However, next day, *th Apr **** i didnt get any communication from him till afternoon, hence called him and messaged him around **:**PM IST. He said engineer would come. However, till late evening *:**PM, no one has come. Called him again, he sent me the service engineer number via Whatsapp message and asked me to coordinate with him.
At *:**PM IST, i called the service engineer on the phone number **********. He said, he is still at Balanagar (almost **+Kms from the location), customer place repairing a machine. It might take sometime, after that another * services are lined up and then he can visit my location. I said, its already *Pm, considering the distance and other * services lined up "will you be coming by **PM IST or later? Or will it be today or not?" He said he can do it today, then I said i will be waiting for him till **PM IST or ** AM IST. Then I called again, Nagaraju and enquired its already *PM, engineer has * more to work on, and he is still at Balanagar, till what time they work **:**PM or **AM IST? He said, thats not my business and assured that service engineer will come today at any cost. I waited till **PM IST and called the engineer, he said he was at home and cant come. Called Nagaraju at **:**PM IST, he said service engineer got hurt my words of working till **PM or **AM, and hence he ddint come. We argued little bit on the same and he cut the phone.
From then to till now (**th Apr ****) they have not come to rectify the issue.
If the cant service, either they have to refund my money and take back their Water Purifier.
Meanwhile, we started getting the water from outside, per bottle (**liter) ***/- from outside as the Water purifier is not in a usable condition.
Hence, considering the cost of the water purifier **K INR, and water cost *K INR (till now) and small stomach aches for the family /me also the mental tensions **KINR, Overall **KINR needs to be paid to me by the Nivedita RO Systems
