D oberois courtyard pvt ltd - Services Violation

Dear Sir/ Madam, I had taken * year membership of D oberois courtyard pvt ltd company with Member ID DOCPLBL**** during their promotional program at Rohtak in Haryana dated *st January ****. Their sales manager Rajnish Sharma told us n number of good things that they provide minimum * star or * star properties across the globe and dedicated customer care team for administration. After trusting and doing the full payment of INR *****, i asked him that is this company part of Oberois group ? (big group in travel industry) he told us that yes we have contracts with Oberois group. By next day after verifying this company and reviews i called Mr. Rajnish to cancel my membership and refund my amount because i got to know that D oberois is not linked with Oberois group. Mr. Rajnish told me that he is working on cancellation and refund. Then he started not picking calls and delayed this for more than ** days (laterally i understood that these sales managers do this knowingly for bypassing cooling period applicable for membership cancellation). After that he persuades me for continuing with the membership and assuring good services. After some months i went on my first booking arranged by D oberois reservations team and found lack of services in provided hotels. I make complaint to them and asked for refund due to lack of promised services. After some days the company's GM Mr. Ankit singh called me about my bad feedback on google reviews and offered me to try the next booking and ensure he will arrange entire amount refund if i am unhappy for services in next booking. After lot of discussions, i decide to gave them one more chance and did booking for Nainital on ** days advance information. Reservation team gave me a resort which was not even * star, was so dampy, * km far from nainital city. I objected that i am a family man with kids and requested to give any hotel nearby city for safety. They told they have only one property and i don't have any choice. Finally i reached at their property found too bad for my stay and decided to go with my own booking in nainital city. Even during my both stays the call center and staff doesn't pick phones which is the most basic service. They just booked * star , * star properties and then left their member suffer and argue with hotel staff. Now after experiencing worst service again, i am asking for my refund but company kept denying for more than * weeks and when i told them i will file a legal case in consumer court, they told me that they will only refund approx INR **k which is not accepted. I would request the esteemed Consumer Court to provide justice to me. I have all the promised emails and whatspp chat records for their commitments and attaching few.
