Thomas Cook (INDIA) Limited - Services not upto the standards and satisfaction

We had booked our family's annual vacation to Nepal through Thomas Cook India Limited by paying them the entire amount of Rs. *,**,***.** in advance.
Our stay in Nepal ( Kathmandu - Pokhara - Chitwan and Nagarkot) was booked between **/**/**** and **/**/****. The details are attached herewith.
We had booked under their Deluxe Package and we had requested to the officials that to ensure that we get best hotels with a good vehicle and a driver.
The room given to us at Hotel Shambala, Kathmandu was not upto our satisfaction due to it's bad view from the room but we managed as our entire day was spent in the sight seeing.
Again at Athithi Resort, Pokhara we were told by the resort manager that our room has been upgraded. The room had the worst view with drain pipes of the hotel from one window and the dumpyard at the backside of the hotel from the other. Upon requesting the manager for change he mentioned that since we reached late that is at *pm, all the good view rooms has been given to other European Travelers. He showed us that the original room booked by our Travel agency was very small with only two beds but our booking was for three persons. When we started complaining to the Thomas Cook Kolkata officials, the Nepal's local Travel agent from Nebuti Travels arranged another hotel's room after * hours.
Our stay at the Chitwan Resort was comfortable but the last day's stay at the Fort Resort, Nagakot was a nightmare.
The room was dingy, smelly and had no views of the hills for the reason visitors travel to this destination.
Upon speaking to the Hotel's Manager, he specifically mentioned that the lower level rooms are always booked for the Indian travelers and upper level rooms are booked for the Europeans.
Our Thomas Cook executives were helpless and the local travel agent Nebuti never helped us.
We had paid hard working money earned from our nose to get this level of services from a reputed company Thomas Cook.
We need some justification on the matter.
Companies like Thomas Cook must learn how to look after their customers too.
