I had purchased what's app api from Shubham dubey of this company. Shubham Dubey mobile no. is +**-*****-***** and email id is shubham@mysmsshop.com. I paid Rs.*****/- to the company's bank account from my Payzapp UPI (**********@pz), transaction date February **, **** and RRN is ************. Against this after numerous followups Shubham sent me an invoice for SMS Marketing of *,**,*** SMSs while I had purchased What's App API. The company was not been able to provide proper service, so I submitted a form on the company website for refund.
