Country Club Hospitality - Services Not Received

Dear Sir/Madam,
I opted for Country Club service last year and I was supposed to go on a holiday this year in August ****. I was told at the time of buying the package that if I send an email ** days prior, the bookings would be provided for sure to me in any of the Country Club Locations. Also, I was told that I can split my holidays and can gift to my friends and relatives. However, none of this happened to me. I sent my first booking email on May *nd, **** for the goa location, date of vacation was August **th to **th and since then I am trying to chase Country Club people however no help was received. I didn't get my booking till the end. The worst part is their customer service doesn't even reply to emails and doesn't answer calls. I have sent several follow-up emails and I hardly received their response. The agent Janardan who sold me this package literally tricked me into buying their package saying their service is excellent. However, when it came to honoring the promise they were absolutely disappointing. Similarly, Ambika tricked me into going for an Annual Membership fee of ***** and said I will not have to pay anything while going on vacation. She also promised that booking two families together is not a problem however when I sent the email she hardly responded to my calls. I called her from different numbers and that’s when she would answer my calls. At the time of enrolment, I was told I can avail swimming pool and other facilities at the Undri Club. However, when I visited it for the first time to teach my daughter swimming I got to know that the swimming pool is not functional. We did a tour of the facility and realized it was not maintained at all. The Gym had broken equipment, the swimming pool was not functional, the bar was shut, a lot of mosquitos, etc. I have not used the County Clubs service not even once and hence requesting to refund of the entire amount. Plus, as they caused me mental stress and embarrassment in front of my family members I would want them to pay me Rs ***** additional. I have attached all the emails that I sent to Country Club from May *nd till August ****. I in fact tried twitting the owner of Country club however he seems to be ignorant as well. He didn’t respond there either.

Kindly help in getting justice to me. I wouldn’t want to pay for a service that is not received.
