I am a subscriber of Siti Cable Network and having an above-mentioned card. I am regularly paying charges for free channels & selected package. But I am facing regular interruption in signals approx. ** days in a month and also not getting all free channels for a long time. I have approached several times to local cable operator but I am facing following problems :
*) Cable network not available approximately ** days in a month.
*) When we call cable operator they do not respond to our calls even after continuous calls in a day or regular calls continuously two days.
*) I am not getting complete free channels.
I request your good self to take appropriate action against this Local Cable Operator, Rewari, so that such type of people should know the power of laws and consumer can enjoy their services for which consumer pays.
