Raomilan travels - Services not provided

Raomilan travels based in Gurgaon, haryana did not hve a bus to take me from gurgaon to Sirsa.
The booking was done online on their website www.raomilanbus.in and I recieved this message below:-
However the person Mahipal singh kept saying i will call you in sometime, though he stopped taking my calls and finally the evening before the journey(**/**) he agreed to refund however nothing has been recieved.
