EVENTUROS LOYAL SERVICES PVT LTD - Services not provided

Dear Team, Me (******) and my wife Mrs. *****, are the victim of this fraud company (EVENTUROUS LOYAL SERVICES PVT LTD) and they manipulated me and signed a contract for * years and duped Rs. *****. I have visited – Oct **** and manipulated to pay **,**** and signed a contract for * years. I am sharing my experience - *. Some one on this co. near the VASHI MALL (NAVI MUMBAI) asked my number for some lucky draw contest. *. Next day i got a call clamming that you have a lucky winner and won some kitchen set, movie Voucher and holiday package for free. All you have to do is visit our office with our spouse. *. Company told us you just have to sit for our one hour seminar (where they will try to convince you to buy there product of holiday package and waste your time). *. Then they signed a contract by promising huge and guaranteed offers which was very attractive and monetary. *. They told me to swipe a credit card of Rs ***** and Interest would be paid by them in an installments which is around *****. My issue is - *I swiped of Rs ***** and not got requested services from them and benefits. *As of now they pay me only **** as an interest and remaining ***** is yet to be paid, for every issue i am emailing them, calling them but they are denying clearly and also i see they change their numbers and divert it but still no response from them. *In a contract it is clearly mentioned that i have already paid an Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) but still they are saying interest amount has been adjusted again AMC, you can see attached email conversation. *In a contract it is clearly mentioned that GYM service for a couple would be provided for * years, but again they are denying and not having any resolution, not responding my call and mentally harassed, from last * months daily basis, I am emailing them, calling them but still no proper action has been taken by them and not having valid response from them. I request you to take strict action against them and want my money back. I am not getting requested services and I am mentally disturb. I request you to take needful steps to get me the justice. I am mentally frustrated and there are duping other customers as well by promising fake Offers and services. I want all my money back. . My ***** i want back, i request you to take strict action against such fraud companies. We are in threatened as well from them and also mentally harassed as well. Kindly help us ..
