*. I have registered to BYJUS premium course for my two children for * years programs. The person named Akshay Ingole (Sales Executive) who would call us daily twice or thrice for about *-* months, so one day we decided to have a Zoom video call meeting where they took my childs interview and also gave few questions . Later they started marketing their course pinpointing my childrens weak areas as well as how it will affect their future if I dont agree to put them in proper coaching. Their marketing strategies pushed me to enrol for BYJUS premium plan (* years) for both my children on **/**/**** and the deal was closed at *,**,***/- by Anand Verma (Sales executive). Payments were made online via link shared by Anand Verma on ** March **. (Details of payment available).
*. But after we enrolled I was put in a whats ap group and I was promised that all my queries will be answered. Other two members in the group are Anand Verma and Akshay ingole, both are unresponsive or hardly reply. None replies to my whats ap messages nor receive my calls.
*. Till date they have just couriered SD cards where pre recorded videos of few minutes for each topic are there which are also there in their online ap for free
*. Once or twice I could speak to Anand Verma who assured that classes will start soon but nothing
