I Gayatri Ph: **********, purchased the service after confimration from Telugu language service, I requested help in Telugu language as all my documents related to the incident are in that language. They promised the service and after purchase of the service, the legal advisor assigned to me doesn't know Telugu and simply issued one legal notice, without thoroughly understanding the incident. Later when I highlighted this, there is no call from them from **th Dec. Though I reachedout them serveral times, there is no response.
