Trip Sailer - Services not delivered

I had booked a package from travel triangle with trip id *******. The total amount to be paid was rs. *****, which was paid to customer on *th march, ****. Trip dates were **th march ****- **th march ****. Due to Covid-** pandemic, trip got cancelled and later was rescheduled to July **** and later to Dec **** by Trip sailer. The travel agency (Tripsailer) is compelling to travel by dec ****, else the entire amount will get forfeit. Travel agency says hotels don't give credit notes with the validity post Dec ****, whereas hotel people say they are providing credit notes applicable for next * years. Since then i am chasing travel triangle for my refund/ postponement of trip till next year, i:e; june ****, but they arent willing to do that, instead compelling me to travel during this covid-** pandemic. Sikkim has also banned entry of tourism till oct ****, but still these people are not listening. Mr. Sorabh agarwal: ********** (Owner at trip sailer). All payments were made through travel triangle platform, so its now the sole responsibility of travel triangle to look into the matter. All payments to travel agency were made on time and now i'm chasing for my refund. Even the customer care no. Of company is not responding.
Travel Triangle takes all payments in their own account and when it comes to delivery of services, they disowe everything and say please connect to travel triangle and put forward their terms and conditions.
Travel agent trip sailer did not even shared by booking details which i asked them to share, so that we can find out whether the bookings were actually made or not. i asked them to provide me the booking ID, but they denied to provide. i am also attaching my invoice for reference.travel agent trip sailer is threatening to forfeit whole amount now.
