I very disappointed member of Club Mountains and regret every day for opting their services. Though they have not utilised anything as I have not got any username/password for my account from where I can check the services nor I have received RCI card (I have opted for it in the deal and committed). I have called on customer care many times and till date not got any resolutions but got the call to pay for the annual fee.
Why pay an annual fee when I had even not received the U/P neither got any support from team till date despite so many complaints? I have also asked to refund my entire amount of approx * Lakh Rs. but that is also not proceeded. Now when I am trying to call on customer care then it is getting disconnected. When I m trying to log in on the website then it is showing me invalid login details. Is there anyone who can help us? Despite multiple emails not got a single revert. I am a big time cheated by this company. It is a fake company. I m going to tell the entire world so that same is not repeated with anyone else. Someone, please help me getting my hard earned money.
