Urban Clap Vadodara - Services not delivered

I booked hair cut services through mobile app of Urban Clap and paid amount in advance. The person not reached last week as per booked slot and I was forced to reschedule this week. I fixed for ** :** noon today but person reached at **:** pm. Then he refused to provide the services at my place whereas last time another person from your company
has done this job at same place . Your person was very adamant and rude and not interested to provide services at all and giving no appropriate answer to customer waiting for long.
Very pathatic approach from employees of company like UC. I will not recommend such a poor service to any of my near and dear life time. Please arrange to refund my payment and the time lost in waiting with mental trauma.
