Instaspaces Realtech Private Limited - Services Delayed and Then Fully Not Delivered And No Response Now

I have been taking virtual space for business registration and address from instaspaces from Jan ****. On Jan ****, they asked for the payment to renew the virtual space agreement. Which was paid duly on time.
After multiple which is countless and in mail only more than ** times follow up. They communicated me that the address currently using has been blacklisted by the GST dept. So that they cannot proceed with it. I asked for refund but they assured that they will help with the other address and this time there will be no issues. And in MCA they will do the address change from there end.
On **th June **** they provided the agreement. And today is *th July ****, all most a month from the date of agreement they have not filed for the name change in MCA.
The worst part is no one is responding on mail and the account manager is also not responding at whatsapp or call.
