Home Creations Private Limited - Services are not delevered and money taken as deposite is not refunded

Home creation having their office at***,ORION BUSSINESS PARK,NEXT TO CINE WONDER MALL,KAPURBAWADI,THANE(W)******,have entered into booking agreement on **-**-****,for construction of house on farm land at and post KHODAD,TAHSIL JUNNAR,DIST PUNE,MAHARASHTRA.
However,the above said company failed to do necessary steps for acquisition of land from our land record */** extract.
Therefore,I requested them cancel the agreement and refund my Rs* lakh.But the company issued post dated cheque dated **th May ****,which was bounced owing to insufficient balance in their account.I refer the matter to the company,but they refused to pay the due to CORONA VIRUS lockdown.
Now after unlocking of lockdown situation, the company is not responding my calls.I am unable to move out of house due to lockdown being sr citizen.
