On ** July ****, I purchased a package for jee **** from careers***.com.They were the one who approached me and told that you would get daily live classes and doubt solving classes. But there are only video lectures in the package. They also told me that if you don't like the services you would be refunded in *-* days. Then I tried to contact them but they are not listening to the problem. Now they are not even receiving my calls. I am really from economically backward class and **** means a lot to me and my parents. So please I need that money drastically and with this hope, I have filled this complaint.
