Reliance digital Siliguri mile - Service was not provided during warrenty period

I purchased a hp laptop from reliance digital store at *nd mile, Siliguri on *th feb****. It runs well till july end **** and then some problem arise in my laptop. Then I contact store and advice to service centre at chanapatty, Siliguri.Service manager told that set was ok ,just system was not working and it will be rectified easily and I was told to *hours later to refund it on **th Oct****. But later he denied to repair the same after consulting store technitian Subendu and finally gave it to me without repair.It is to noted that laptop is under extended warrenty till *th feb ****.
