Hello Independent,
I installed the dish in March **** paying **** for the whole year after TRAI announced new pay per channel policy. Initially I thought I was being saved from my cable operators exorbitant charges which were leading to Rs. *** per month. But after I render services of Independent, I realized that the cable operator was charging me minimal compare to the ordeal I had with Independent. Within * month, they stopped services of English + other premium channel (which were initially free). Next ** days and Zee and related channels gone. Wait for ** more days and Colors + related channels vanished.... Customer care number is not reachable+ unavailable+ does not exists (depending upon the time you call). In case after **-** mins wait you managed to get through, the services will be soon resumed is the answer you get. Currently due to rain, the services are unavailable from last * days. Great experience and thanks for making me realize that in this Digital world, you don't need technology to survive but himan touch which you lack completely. Waiting for some miracle.
