Subject: Complaint Regarding Loss of Cooker Lid During Warranty Service
I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the poor service and negligence at Sathya Agencies.
I visited your store to replace the safety valve of my pressure cooker under warranty. At the time of submission, I handed over the complete cooker lid along with the gasket, whistle, and warranty card/bill.
It has now been more than three weeks, and I have not received any update from your staff. During this period, I visited your shop four to five times to enquire about the status of my cooker, but each time I was asked to wait.
Today, I was informed that my original cooker lid has been misplaced. Your staff has now offered to provide another spare lid instead. I do not accept this solution. I submitted my own cooker lid in good condition, and I expect the same original lid to be returned to me.
This incident has caused me unnecessary inconvenience, repeated travel to your store, and a complete lack of confidence in your service. I request that you immediately trace and return my original cooker lid. If that is not possible, I expect an appropriate resolution, including replacement of the complete cooker with an equivalent new product or suitable compensation.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and resolve it at the earliest. If a satisfactory resolution is not provided, I will be constrained to escalate this matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities.
