Hewlett Packard India - Service request closed by HP call center executive on false pretext

Service request for Recovery media closed on **/**/**** by HP Support Kolkata, India,without explanation.

When i asked the reason, i was told "Used foul language". When i tried to explain myself, i was intimidated.
When i asked to speak to the supervisor and the recording (if at all done) to be produced so that the truth could come out, i was put on hold endlessly to force me to hang up. Total time that i spent from start to finish, without resolution of my problem, more than *.* hrs

HP seems to empower its call center executives to be rude and unreasonable, intimidate customers and close their Service requests without a proper redressal system where the customer also gets a chance to be heard. Not sure if the calls are recorded because that is a crucial piece of evidence to expose their lies

Now because a support executive cannot distinguish between the phrases" an educated person" and " un educated person" & has abused her position to close Service request, i am losing Rs ***** daily because i cannot boot my desktop with the Recovery medium

As evidence, i can provide the Service request number at a proper forum.
The call recording has to be produced by HP Support call center located in Sector *, Salt Lake, Kolkata
