Vi Telecommunication India - Service Provider misleaded forcing to pay amount

Dear Authority,

I'm an Indian Citizen, I have taken a VI mobile network connection (PostPaid) in **** in the end of Sep month on the promise by the service provider I can convert the SIM into eSIM in Hyderabad. I had shifted to Hyderabad on my work purpose & visited one of the VI store on *th Oct **** & they informed me that there is no eSIM facility provided by this network. I immediately requested for the cancellation of the connection as it was of no use to me without eSIM. After which I haven't received any information until *nd or *rd month, after which I started getting calls & texts to pay a sum of around **** rupees, I tried to explain the issue to multiple people multiple times, everytime they kept it forward. Some said we can provide you the service of eSIM, some others said we can get the amount cut down & pay only for the usage & I was ok to go for it, but at the end there was no solution given. I even tried to log complaints in the VI Application. I have attached few for your reference.

Now I have received a Demand Notice to pay a sum of ***.**/- for which I have no idea how it is calculated.

Kindly help me out with this issue, I was the victim who suffered, I paid for the SIM, took the pain to avail the facility but found it was a fake promise & now they are trying to charge me amount for trusting the service provider. I'm still ready to pay the amount for what I have used till Oct *th **** with a clear breakup how it is charged.
