Just Dial India Limited - service provider cheated

We have taken service from Just dial contact for washing machine service. the person who came had convinced motor issue and collected **** rs and didn't turn back. his name is muzamil. even after continuous calls he is not answering the call. he sent another guy and that guy removed one of the part from washing machine and told there is timer fault and removed it from the machine and escaped. this is all because of Just dial who has not verified the authenticity of the firm. We went huge loss due to this and we're not wearing tidy clothes for few days and all our family fell sick. i request you to please file the case on just dial as a customer of Just dial we fell in trap and We believed in their services.
