Auqafine RO service - Service provided but not working properly

I have raised a request with the bluestar customer care number but some how one person named Deepak Upadhyay called me and asked me for complaint details ( Bluestar water purifier ) I thought He is from bluestar and conformed. He asked me for location and sent an technician named Harjeet Yadav for repair he charged me **** for changing the filters, he said he don't have bluestar filters so he asked me to go with auqa filter and said both are same but that night fully some particals came out of the machine and there is a leaking of Water also so I called him again to check he came and he checked he told me he is having bluestar filters that day so I asked him to change and again he charged me *** extra. So I paid. For drinking water the water TDS should be above ** in between **-*** but my TDS shows **. So I called him and he blocked my number technician is not picking the call.
