In continuation to the previous complaint
I took the service on march **th and the very next day, the technician told me it's a router issue. I reached out to the company several times. Now, on oct *th, the router was finally changed.
I am paying for the speed of *** mbps,but I am getting the speed of **mbps. One day, the internet worked fine.
On *th, internet stopped working. I cant contact customer service as they have blocked my number. Upon calling the technician, I was told it's a fibercut issue. I was told it will be fixed in **th hours. I called today, on **th oct, now I am being told that there is another issue. The customer service rep was rude and keeps placing me on mute and finally stopped responding. My work is getting hampered on regular basis.
I wanted my money refunded and compensation for the work hampered.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
