Research 24 - Service Not Rendered

This complaint is against advisory company research **. The company gave me false promises for equity calls and promise was given by Miss their employee named Kajal. She gave false promises and commitment for futurstic profit but once I made the payment she turned out and ignored my calls and never responded on time for any assistance I required. She deputed a researcher who was not having much know how of equity platforms and because if him I made a loss of Rs ***** I claim refund for my money from the company and loss incurred by me during * month.
