Water Care Sales and Services - Service not rendered

Mr. Satish Kadam,initially came to service my water purifier,but somehow brainwashed me into giving him a service contract for my water purifier, on **-*-**,saying my previous contractor was charging me more and using substandard and ill fitting filters ,membranes &candles. This when I still had * months of contract period left. On the same day actually just ** minutes after he left ,I called in to complain about water draining from the filter constantly and container getting emptied,there by wasting precious water .from **th April till date Satish Kadam has not got time to visit my home even once to get the issue sorted.,nor send anyone else. In * months must have made **-** calls, but flimsy excuses, sir trains are not working, the company does not give travel allowance for auto, oh was there but forgot,I got late today, I am in western suburbs today etc...Lodged case with consumer helpline on **/**/**** ,Complaint Reg No.*******. but they failed to contact him too and requested to file complaint with E-dakhil and seek legal addresal to the same. I lodged a complaint #A*********** on **-**-**, but they yesterday sent a revert to file complaints with Additional District consumer court and redressal forum. I am unable to contact them as no one answers there.
